Wild Edge Beta

Terms of Use

Effective March 17, 2026. These terms govern access to the Wild Edge beta site, documentation, SDKs, and hosted services.

1. Beta access

Wild Edge is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice while we validate functionality, performance, and security.

Beta access is provided for evaluation and early implementation work. Availability, APIs, SDK behavior, dashboards, and data retention policies may change before general availability.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Wild Edge to evaluate and monitor your own machine learning workloads. You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with other users, reverse engineer hosted components beyond what applicable law permits, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

You must not use Wild Edge to transmit unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights, probe or attack infrastructure, bypass rate limits or access controls, or process data you are not authorized to collect and analyze.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for activity performed with your account, API keys, and project credentials. Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are also responsible for configuring role access inside your organization and for promptly rotating credentials that may have been exposed in source code, logs, demos, or shared environments.

4. Customer data

You retain responsibility for the data you send to Wild Edge. Do not submit data unless you have the rights and permissions required to collect, process, and share it.

You remain responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents from your users, customers, employees, or contractors. Wild Edge may process telemetry, configuration metadata, and operational events in order to provide and improve the service.

5. Intellectual property

Wild Edge and its related software, branding, documentation, and hosted service features remain the property of Wild Edge and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the beta solely for internal evaluation and product integration purposes.

6. Feedback

If you share product feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions, Wild Edge may use that feedback to improve the product without restriction or compensation.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the beta at any time, including where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to legal requirements, or discontinue the beta program.

You may stop using the beta at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, except for provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and feedback rights.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Edge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to the beta.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Edge's total liability arising out of or related to the beta will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid for the beta service in the three months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may update the effective date on this page and publish the revised terms on the site. Continued use of Wild Edge after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
